Hardening of the consumer leases shipped in 0.4.0. No API change.

  • The local lease expiry counts on the monotonic clock (performance.now()) instead of the wall clock, so a backwards system clock adjustment cannot make an instance believe it still holds a lease the database already expired (it would have run an edge handler the new owner runs too). (9014bef)
  • Every Postgres test fixture truncates atlas_leases as well, so a run killed midway leaves no lease that stalls the next run for up to leaseMs. (9014bef)
