• The package is @ts-atlas/core on npm. Install it with npm install @ts-atlas/core and import from @ts-atlas/core/runtime, @ts-atlas/core/system, @ts-atlas/core/express and @ts-atlas/core/postgres. The atlas bin keeps its name. The unscoped atlas name on npm belongs to an unrelated package, so run npx atlas only in an app that installed @ts-atlas/core.
• atlas new scaffolds the new import, and the README, the guides and examples/shop use it.
• The documentation site moves to ts-atlas.com.

Fixed

• atlas check keeps accepting the old atlas/runtime import (apps that installed Atlas as a git dependency aliased as atlas) next to @ts-atlas/core/runtime, so renaming the package breaks no ATLAS006 check.
